Returns:
All items carry a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you decide to return
an item please contact us by e-mail at customerservice@buy-kns.com to
get a Return Authorization Number. Returns will not be accepted without a
prior return authorization. Returns without prior authorization will be
returned to the sender. When requesting authorization to make returns
please include billing invoice number. Materials being returned must be
in new condition and unused. When you receive your Return Authorization
email from us, it will include the proper address to send the return.
You will be required to email us a tracking number when you send your
return so that we can track its progress to the warehouse. When your
return is received your account will be credited the purchase price less
a 20% restocking fee.
Please Note: Inbound and Outbound Shipping charges are not refundable or
reimbursable under any circumstance, if your item was delivered using a
free shipping promotion, you will be refunded less the actual shipping
charges to your location. You are responsible for the shipping charges
to return items to our warehouses. The items returned should be insured
since you are responsible for all materials invoiced.
Customer satisfaction is our main goal so all returns will be handled on
a case by case basis. If for any reason you are unhappy with your
order, or simply wish to return/exchange a product please contact us customerservice@buy-kns.com as soon as possible. Note: All returns must be made within 30 days of
date of delivery and be in the original Shipping box... Returns without
the original packaging or past 30 days of date of delivery will not be
accepted for return. All returns are subject to a 20 percent re-stocking
fee.
Defective Items:
If your item is defective in the first 30 days, please contact us at customerservice@buy-kns.com.
Any items that are defective, will be handled according to the
manufacturer’s terms, and must meet all the manufacturers’ terms and
conditions to be covered by their warranties.
Standard Shipping:
Although our website accepts orders 24 hours per day, 7 days per week,
we can only process orders during our hours of operation (8 a.m. - 8
p.m. C.S.T., Mon. - Fri.). If you require rush delivery, most in-stock
items can be shipped if ordered before 2 p.m. C.S.T. Also note that you
should not choose overnight shipping if you are placing an order after 2
p.m. E.S.T. on Fridays, as your order will not be processed until
Monday or the next business day. We will ship via the most economical
means possible.
We ship mostly using UPS Ground on all UPS shippable orders. Freight
will be calculated during checkout. Orders placed Mon - Fri before 12
noon Central Time normally will ship the same day and should arrive to
you within 3-5 BUSINESS days or sooner. We do reserve the right to use
the best available shipping method available, and any shipper that is
available.
ALL addresses must be correct at time of checkout. If
the address is entered wrong by the buyer, they will be responsible to
pay the additional shipping to ship the item to the correct address. If
we enter the wrong address then we will be responsible to pay for the
return shipping. SORRY, BUT WE DO NOT SHIP TO P.O. BOXES!!!
FOR ORDERS IN CALIFORNIA AND LOUISIANA.
Due to Tax reasons beyond my control, some items must be shipped to my
store, and then shipped to you from there. There are no additional
shipping charges for this; however there may be a delay of a couple of
additional shipping days. Thanks for your Understanding. As per CA,
and LA state laws, buyer is responsible for all state sales taxes.
The
following products are F.O.B. shipping point subject to a 10% handling
fee and cannot be considered on a prepaid order:
• Any and all chemical in a 55 gallon drum
• Fire Extinguisher Powder
• Any Non-Stock Displays/POP material
• Any and all clay sorbent products
Haz-Mat Fees
Haz-mat charges will be added to aerosol-type items (e.g., pepper spray,
flares, marking paint, marking chalk, etc.) and all fire extinguishers.

Damaged Products:
Inspect all packages at time of delivery. If your items are delivered by
a freight company such as Estes, Yellow Freight, Fed-ex Freight, etc.,
open and inspect all items for hidden/concealed damage before releasing
the driver. If the driver will not wait for your inspection, mark all
items as damaged on their delivery receipt. Damaged merchandise that was
not inspected at the time of delivery may not be replaced free of
charge. For smaller items delivered by standard delivery companies like
UPS, Fed-Ex, USPS, or any other delivery services. If your items were
delivered by UPS or Fed-ex and left without signature, please inspect
immediately and contact us if there is any damage. Items delivered
without signature cannot be reported as damaged after 2 business days of
merchandise receipt. Please contact us at customerservice@buy-kns.com
with any questions, or claims. We reserve the right to repair or
replace damaged products at our discretion. Damaged products that are
returned for refund or credit will incur a 20% restocking fee. Shipping
charges may not be refunded.
UPS Non-Shippable Items
Please be advised that some items available at K&S are not UPS
shippable due to either the size of the package or the chemical nature
of the item(s). On the items that cannot be shipped due to size, or
contents. These items should be noted in the item description, or you
will be notified at the time of checkout.
For residential orders
shipped by freight truck, normal delivery is to curbside only and not
inside the home. If you need in-home delivery, in most cases the freight
company may assess additional charges. Customers are responsible for
any such charges. Please contact customerservice@buy-kns.com
if you have special instructions for delivery, otherwise special
instructions should be signed and left in a conspicuous location at the
place of delivery for the delivery driver. Customer is also responsible
for additional charges in cases of missed appointments or re-delivery.
International/Overseas Orders
At K&S we are happy to ship out of the United States. We do have some requirements, and they are:

that is submitting the order, the Quantity that you need, and the
complete shipping address that it will be going to, and an e-mail
address/ Phone number to contact you.
Once the costs, shipping, and all other expenses have been calculated,
you will be issued an invoice to pay from K&S.
All orders are
subject to clearing Customs, and buyer is responsible for all
additional shipping costs, import/ export fees/ Taxes etc…
Orders will not be shipped until funds have been paid, and have cleared the bank.
We have no problem shipping to a mail forwarding company that will in turn ship the goods overseas for you.
EXPRESS WARRANTY
K&S LLC warrants to Buyer that the Goods, at the time of delivery,
shall be free of material defects resulting from inferior materials or
workmanship and shall comply with all written specifications that
K&S LLC provides to Buyer with respect to the Goods on or before
delivery. No agent, sales representative or other employee of K&S
LLC shall have any authority to modify or expand this express warranty
in any way. Specific warranties issued by the manufacturer may vary.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Except as expressly provided above, K&S LLC makes no warranty or
representation of any kind - either expressed or implied - as to the
Goods, and in particular disclaims all warranties (A) as to the design,
quality or condition of the Goods; (B) as to the material, equipment or
workmanship in the Goods; (C) as to merchantability or fitness of the
Goods for any particular purpose; (D) as to the suitability of the Goods
for Buyer's purposes or the impact of the Goods on Buyer's operations;
or (E) with respect to any patent, copyright, trademark, trade name,
service mark or proprietary law or right. K&S LLC makes no warranty
or representation regarding the performance Buyer or any other person or
entity may obtain from the Goods.
